BINAPOINTS Program T&Cs

Customers will be rewarded with 1 BINAPOINTS for every RM1 spent on Binamy.

Across all products. Under any product categories. As long as it is a transaction made online.

Introduction & Eligibility

1. The BINAPOINTS Program is launched and organised by Binamy Sdn Bhd.

2. The official name of the loyalty membership is called “BINAPOINTS”. And the loyalty reward points accumulated from purchases are called “BINAPOINTS”.

3. Users of BINAPOINTS, users who joined the BINAPOINTS Program or users who signed up a Binamy account are referred to as “Members”.

4. The BINAPOINTS Program will be made available and accessible online for as long as Binamy decides to continue running the program. However:

1. Binamy reserves the rights to make changes to the BINAPOINTS Program T&Cs with prior notice to the Members.
2. Binamy reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the entire program with prior notice to the Members.

5. BINAPOINTS can be redeemed as a discount upon checkout. Extensive details as below:

1. For every RM1 spent, Members are automatically credited with 1 BINAPOINTS.
2. For every 100 BINAPOINTS, Members can redeem RM1 discount.
3. There is no minimum spending amount required upon checkout to utilize BINAPOINTS discount benefits.
4. BINAPOINTS have no expiry date.
5. BINAPOINTS are not cash and cannot be traded or withdrawn from the account for cash.
6. BINAPOINTS are not refundable or transferable. Once BINAPOINTS are utilized and redeemed upon checkout, the redemption is finalized with no refund or exchange.
7. The earning and redemption of BINAPOINTS are applicable to all items listed on the Binamy website. Strictly not eligible for items other than the ones listed on the Binamy website. However, below are the circumstances where members are not entitled to redeem BINAPOINTS at checkout:
   • Amount paid on delivery charges will not be applicable for BINAPOINTS earning.
   • BINAPOINTS redemption is not applicable on delivery charges of an order.
   • BINAPOINTS earning and redemption may vary depending on T&Cs restriction of the particular promotion or campaign.
   • BINAPOINTS earning and redemption will not be applicable if the payment is not processed successfully.
   • BINAPOINTS earning and redemption may be forfeited if the transaction is found suspicious or reported to be fraudulent.

6. The Binamy team holds the right to track the BINAPOINTS usage activities of each Member.

7. Should there be any miscomply of the use of BINAPOINTS, including but not limited to suspicious activities reported or found fraudulent related to terms of use of the account, Binamy reserves the right to make changes or deduct the BINAPOINTS balance from an account, or terminate a Member’s account completely with prior notice, reminder and warning of misconduct.

8. Members agree to comply with all the above upon signing up a Binamy account and joining the BINAPOINTS Program.
