1. Your friend must be a new Binamy user (must not have previously signed up for or have an existing Binamy account).
2. You will be rewarded with 1000 BINAPOINTS Referral Reward when your referred friend successfully signs up, and shops through Binamy.
3. Your Referral Reward will only be confirmed in your Binamy account once each of your referred friends meets the minimum spend requirement of RM 25 (final tracked Purchase Amount) and upon confirmation of his/her transactional cashback.
4. In the event your referred friend’s transaction is refunded, returned, canceled, changed, no-show, or fraudulent, your Referral Reward will be forfeited/voided.
5. We reserve the right to disqualify any Member or Referred Member at any time from participation in the Referral Program if such Member of Referred Member does not comply with any of these Terms & Conditions and/or any other terms for other Binamy services.
6. Referrers may not misuse or exploit the Referral Program and accordingly may not, for example, create multiple or fake accounts under his/her/its name or participate in the Referral Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
7. We reserve the right to modify or amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, the methods and basis through which Referral Rewards are earned.
